Description
Believe it or not, there is foot traffic crossing the locks of the Panama Canal. You can see some of the workers crossing the locks while the ships wait for their lock to fill before they can proceed to the next lock. From the Atlantic side in order to get up to Gatun lake, the ship must be raised a total of 3 times. Each level raises the ship 28 feet. Bet you did not know that? Lol!
